I bought this buffer because I have a corded one but the other one I had was older and and the cord was getting annoying. I few times I was buffing my car and the extension cord got is all dirty from the mud because it rained earlier so I dragged the mud all over the car and had to wash it again. This sucked big time so I got so kissed I ended up ordering this one since it’s battery operated and boy this has been great! I love it. It comes with 6 speeds so I can adjust the speeds to what I need. It’s pretty simple to used just connect the battery and go. I was actually surprised that the battery life held up pretty well and didn’t loose power while I was using it gave my enough time to wax and polish my car. I like that it’s compact but comes with a 7 inch pad because it covers a good amount of space. Easy to store and doesn’t take up a lot of space. Great buy great for polishing and waxing. I’m happy with it
