Not suitable for cold, hot or finely ground soap. The wood is too thin and the trapped heat warps it making it difficult to pull out the soap mass. I've tried using the box with just the freezer paper or parchment paper and the silicone liner that came with it and nothing has changed. Every time I use it for a recipe other than smelting and pouring, it slates a little and the cracks get a little bigger. This is a little disappointing because it makes ten perfectly sized bars of soap, especially the fun baby soap. They're big enough that I can sell them for a profit, but not so big that a child can't hold them. Even with the damage I still plan on using it until it falls apart completely and then I'll probably make a new box for the liner because it's holding up the wear and tear I've put through so well, including turning it completely inside out. wash it I've also seen a few reviews stating that the mold is too small, but the internal dimensions of the liner are exactly the same as most well-known soap companies that have a ten-bar silicone bread mold.
