Update 10-1-19 The company is updating their software to try to provide us with more information for customers. The new feature I like is that you can download the CSV file for the data. I want to see the amps and they promised me they would come soon. Along with the web interface along with the application, so everything is going well. So far my opinion is changing and they get 5 stars for their work. First, the customer service is top notch. If you ask a question they will answer and help a lot. We really hope they do some app updates and get an expansion then it's a Guardian and I'll update my review again. My first review wasn't very detailed, so let me explain more below. The product is worth what you get. shows you the basic information, but nothing more. If you need more information, this may not be for you at this time. Nothing puts this above any other product and I hope that changes. The app is very simple, for some it's all you need. For those wanting more information, this isn't for you. As of mid-July 2019, this app is simple. It's constantly downloading 4 KB per second. So if you have a limited connection this can be added. 4 KB is very small but if you love us we only have 56 KB to download (old DSL). It would be nice if it could store information or just use the local network, but that's not an option right now. Installation is easy if you know what you're doing. The transformers are a bit big and it was difficult for us to install them on both networks. If they used a clip-on CT it would work fine, but they have such a bulky style that it will be difficult to install if you don't have a lot of space (in most homes). Setting up the wireless network was quick and easy, no hassles. Application: Shows costs, performance and more. The national average cost is 12.9 cents (for technical support). If yours is different from mine, you can't change that, so useless info in my opinion. Watt is good and should stay, but trees etc. are not needed. What would be nice is amps and possibly volts if he sees it (since he's using a switch I'd say no). many things are used. We have no idea why he gets up only to find out the water heater is on. I've been told they are working on an expansion that will give 8 CT, so I'll add that as soon as it comes out. The chart on our Pixel 3xl is difficult to navigate and it would have been nice to see usage per day rather than month and lifespan. Also, the app leaves a lot to be desired.
