Fits snugly on the 2004 Toyota Sienna. Page comparison with the old one. It doesn't look like it will fit right, but I found that the slight crease on the new one is due to a misalignment of the rod on the cable reel. (New design) The old bar attaches to the pulley about midway, but when installed there is no difference. This Dorman replacement has the same 5-point nut as the new Toyota replacement, so you can't use a tire tool (6-point) to remove the spare tire. I'll carry an adjustable wrench in my glove box instead of buying a special tool from Toyota. For about $50 less, you have the same part that Toyota sells for $130. Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!
