Review on πŸ”¨ Enhanced Efficiency: Estwing Framing Hammer - Straight Reduction for Precision Performance by Enrique Espinoza

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great hammer for hand tools

Estwing is a great hammer. I carried the 28 ounce version of this hammer for many years. As I got older, 22 oz. It's a big size to get away too. Very versatile for many uses. Quality product and good weight for a wide range of products. I would advise anyone doing carpentry or housework to get this straight claw version. It's a lot more versatile for scouting as you can always put a block under the claw to make up for the lack of flex. Crooked claws can be difficult to get into hard-to-reach places. Last tip. If you decide to take this or any other hammer, you will find a metal surface or tool to hit with the hammer. If it rings (like a chime), it means there is an air bubble inside. It will drive you crazy when you have to drive a lot of nails. Send it back until you get one that doesn't work.

Pros
  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • Slightly torn
