The patient-centric view of our entire client base is great! We have been able to customize it so that we can see each individual patients information (including billing contact info).

This way if they are in need or want some sort help from us during their appointment time; all I would be doing at this point until my receptionist gets there is taking notes for them while waiting patiently by using another application called "Speak". It's perfect really because you never miss an important text message coming through your phone since everything syncs up perfectly together when both applications come installed right next one other after downloading!! I like that it is easy to use for both my hygienist/assistant AND myself! It has been very helpful in keeping track of patient records so we can keep our office organized!! The software does not have many bells & whistles but what's there works great. We are able to easily send reminders via email or text message which helps us stay more accountable when scheduling appointments (or even just reminding ourselves!).
