Works fantastic! I actually bought 3 different ice scrapers at once to see which one I like best and this one stood out from the other two. The only downside to this scraper is its reach. Obviously it's harder to get into the center of the windshield with something that doesn't reach further than your hands. But I can't say anything against that, because it doesn't mean that an extension or something similar is advertised. As for ice removal, he said breaking the surface of the ice and then scratching the metal side is awesome. it can be removed without as much pressure as plastic scrapers. The rubber handle makes it very easy to hold. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.
