I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE CARTRIDGE!

Ink ran out after printing about 20 pages! Epson rep kept me on the phone for an hour gathering information from me and contacting her supervisor to determine whether they would send me a replacement.
They agreed to send a replacement. It’s only been two days; hopefully, I will receive the replacement soon!

Pros

Happy it's available for my older Epson Inkjet printer.

Cons

I buy this because I need it. I can buy a new printer cheaper than the ink required!
