Straight fit - same diameter and length as the original pump which he replaced with the K1100. Even the included screen is identical. My only issue is that there isn't a ring in the pump housing to ensure it mates snugly with the rubber isolator on the bike. A simple hose clamp around the pump body is an easy way to prevent the pump from sliding further into the reservoir than it should, although this doesn't cause any major problems. A large cable tie (made of nylon) also helps. Don't get me wrong this is a great pump, I just wish I could see something (like a plastic ring around the pump body) to pinpoint it more accurately. .
