Prints come out with no signs of warping. TLDR: Don't use PVA and heated, it sticks too well. The uncoated heating bed works great for me. For almost all filament I print I use a pva/water coated adhesive coating on heated borosilicate glass on my Ender 3 Pro with an E3D v6 hotend and a 0.6mm nozzle. When I was doing this with a big push I had to spend a lot of time trying to get him off the bed without damaging him. I rate this 5 stars because when I used an uncoated plate heated to over 60°C it printed large prints with good adhesion but peeled off easily on cooling. I'm still refining my settings with Cura 4.8, but for now, print temps of 200-210°C and bed temps of 60-70°C at 100% flow seem to work fine for the 15 hours of printing I've done with it. I'm doing 60mm/s right now, but I tend to keep the speed lower than I need to; I suspect I could do 100mm/s on most prints.
