Review on 🐶 Gooby Perfect Fit X Harness: Choke-Free Step-In Solution for Small Dogs with Soft Synthetic Lambskin Strap by Arlene Martinez

In theory I like the design of this harness. My 6 month old dachshund has difficulty with harnesses due to his long body. They tend to punch her in the throat. The X design prevents this. It also seems to be of good quality as she chews on the tourniquets and I haven't seen any signs of chewing on this one yet. The only downside I found is that it still pulls a lot and I think this causes the straps to loosen. She slipped out of him twice in one morning before I knew it. Aside from having to tighten it multiple times a day (which doesn't really bother me), it's pretty good suspension. I also like the double D-rings for more control. As for sizing, she tried on a small ring in a different color at Petco and it was too small, so I went for *Medium* (contrary to what the review above says). She is in the first measurements for the size range. Finally, I cut off the straps that go around the belly and sew them 1/2 inch tighter to make it more secure.
