Great solution for keeping track of medical record info
I like that we can access all our data at one place instead using multiple systems or apps which is time consuming especially when you have many patients in your facility! The system sometimes freezes up so it's hard if there are too may people accessing information simultaneously but this happens rarely with only 2 users logged into my account (myself & admin).
It would be nice having some sorta calendar/scheduler where staff could see what they need done next week vs today etc without logging back onto each individual patient page every day - maybe an option? We use net solutions as well other software such us Medisoft Patient Portal / iEcho Medical Records System from GE Healthcare along side them both working together seamlessly! This has helped streamline processes within long term healthcare industry helping reduce errors due mainly because everything was being recorded online now rather than paper records needing double entry!! A great product overall!! Nothing really comes across negatively about anything just minor issues here nthere nothing major.
