After reading reviews from other people who had lost their end sprayer, I added a tie to the working end of this product and rewrapped it with fresh electrical tape to cover any sharp edges that might catch on the edge of the pipe . I have to say that this device worked great. The end of the hose didn't leak and the check valve was tight and secure. Our Dynamax Force has a 90 degree curve between toilet and cistern. On two occasions we've had back pressures (that awkward backlash that occurs when a clog prevents water and air from flowing freely) that prevented us from using the toilet until we'd emptied it (and well before, according to 1 /2 was full pressure indicator). Before using this sprayer, I drained the tank and ran the black tank flush for a few minutes until clean water came out of the drain hose. After using this sprayer as deep as possible through an open toilet and working it into every crevice, the drain hose spat out toilet paper and previously clogged debris. My fuel gauge read 1/3 full even after a full flush. Not now! The gauges are correct and I know the black system is very clean from the base of the toilet to the cistern. I made sure to rinse the spray nozzle and wipe down the hose with soapy water before putting it in the hose compartment. If we ever experience "Strikeback" again, this will be my first refuge.
