I like how easy it makes scheduling tasks for our team members who are assigned different duties in order of importance throughout each day (ie housekeeping vs custodial).

It's also great because we can access all information from any computer or smart phone anywhere! There isn't much out there right now as far as this software goes so you do need an account with them if they don't have one already set up when purchasing your license but its worth looking into since most other programs charge more than twice what theirs does!! We use their cloud version which has saved us tons over time not having someone come back after hours/days off just cause she forgot something important at home instead sending her email reminders etc.. This allows everyone else involved too see everything without needing another person physically present during certain times such as late nights before leaving early mornings while still.
