There were concerns based on other comments, but overall the install went great.
I was a bit concerned about the size/quality of the material as most of the comments stated that the material is thinner than the original windows which is correct and visible from the window. I captured the image with the spline in place, but overall it worked fine for me. It's durable yet flexible to the touch, attaches easily and holds the screen as it should. It was packaged in a plastic bag as shown in the picture and was a one piece piece to work with. If you have standard residential windows I would recommend these for a quick and easy replacement.
