Simply the best choice for your feathered friends

Love Roudybush for our 2 Sun Conures and 2 Caiques. It is simply the most researched and highest quality product for your feathered friends. Zupreem is solid too, although after trying both I would say our birds prefer Roudybush and appear healthier and happier when we feed them. At the very least it is reassuring to know that this is a feed used by several reputable breeders and aviaries. It has also been scientifically developed and researched over the years and has been shown to increase lifespan by up to 10 years compared to seed based diets. Don't buy PrettyBird though - it's a cheap, low quality product. And don't expect your birds to like it when you feed them seeds. The transition will take time, but over time they will adjust. Starting with RB as a mix and increasing daily is a good way to go. We also found that letting our sun sit in a bag and digging in it worked โ€” fun as it may be. We used to only eat seeds (we thought that was the right thing to do) and later we learned the importance of balancing our birds' diets with more organic (seedless) food. We now use mainly roadbush and fresh fruit on a daily basis with a few seeds (either as a treat some days or as a mix - although we've found that mixing the two sometimes backfires as one of our suns throws everything out). pellets on the bottom of the cage trying to get the seeds). A note: this medium size might work for caiques and conures (especially if you have a species that likes to crunch), but we find the smaller size works better for our birds. It's just nice to know you can buy this as a last resort if the small size isn't in stock when you need it.
