Definitely recommend

I recently bought this to get my Revain off her Zupreem pellets (she usually gets softer poo from this brand) and she absolutely loves these pellets! They have a nice texture and she likes to crumble them up and pick up the crumbs after they've eaten most of a kibble. Their poop really suits them too! I would definitely recommend it, especially if you are having trouble transitioning your birds to seed pellets. It has the nutrients my bird needs and loves the taste!

Waste of money on food

My Blue-fronted Amazon tried eating this food for the first time. Now he just throws everything off his plate and then throws a tantrum. Now he went on a hunger strike to protest the food. He keeps screaming "cracker" and then says I'm leaving, only to keep screaming "cracker" like his life depends on it. Of course I relent and give him a damn penny because my poor head can't take his screams. I tell him it's peanuts but he still insists it's a cracker. Then the smug little idiot says thank…

Roudybush Medium Maintenance Pellets

Since I switched my cockatoo to seed pellets many years ago we have both been very happy with the easy feeding as it is an all round nutritious cage food. birds. Every one of the vets I've worked with over the years has said that Roudybush is the best food for caged birds. My bird will be 42 in December and her life up to this age is all about the good care and food that Roudybush provides. Thank you for this wonderful product. I will continue to buy it as long as my bird lives. Robin Russel

My Kennel and Quaker LOVE these pellets!

My green cheeked kennel and my Quaker parrot (now 11 years old) have never gotten bored in the 9 years they have owned them. They also like fresh vegetables and sometimes Nutriberries, but their favorite is Roudybush pellets. I am overwhelmed by the negative reviews that led Revain to discontinue this excellent and respected product. My birds are calling for the roadbush and marching back and forth with signs ----- Bring back the roadbush or we will rampage! [I wrote the previous one on 2/8/17,

Favorite parrot food in granules

What else can I say? My parrots treat these pellets as a treat, even though they don't have a fancy color, flavor or shape. Just healthy pellets that feathered babies look forward to no matter how many days in a row they eat the same thing. :) The price is good too, especially in big packages. None of the pellets are cheap, but my parrots' feathers look so good after feeding them exclusively this food for several months. My medium sized parrots (Amazon and Pionus) like medium sized pellets but…

My pack loves Roadbush!

When I got my sunscreen almost 20 years ago he ate colorful fruit flavored granules which he liked but our vet wasn't happy and recommended we switch him to Roudybush granules. I thought it would be difficult and take some time, but we translated it within a week. His sweet tooth is happy with fresh fruit, but he loves his roudybush. Our cockatoo Goffin came to us as a freshly weaned cub and she also switched to Rudybush without any problems. We recently rescued another cockatoo who was 22…

Simply the best choice for your feathered friends

Love Roudybush for our 2 Sun Conures and 2 Caiques. It is simply the most researched and highest quality product for your feathered friends. Zupreem is solid too, although after trying both I would say our birds prefer Roudybush and appear healthier and happier when we feed them. At the very least it is reassuring to know that this is a feed used by several reputable breeders and aviaries. It has also been scientifically developed and researched over the years and has been shown to increase…
