Just what you need to connect your Logitech PC speakers to your TV. The Sony TV I use only has RCA outputs, not the 3.5mm outputs that PC speakers would use. By plugging in this adapter, the TV immediately recognized the PC speakers and now I have great sound on my living room TV for any gaming consoles that would normally play sound through the TV speakers. Using this adapter didn't freeze the TV's speakers, so they play along with the Logitech speakers, which isn't a problem. I can increase or decrease the volume of both the TV speakers and the Logitech PC speakers independently. It was a little tricky to "plug" the 3.5mm plug into the jack on this adapter, but it's pretty tight now. I hope this lasts long.
