Slight manufacturing defect on inner diameter

Spacers appear to be generally well made parts with a moderate defect. As received they don't quite fit the 5/8" axle, each of the 6 pieces gets stuck about 4/5 on the axle. All 6 have the same manufacturing defect. I solved the problem using a Dremel sanding drum, but I didn't have to.
