No problems but noticed it is a little slow, but quite. I would no have paid extra for the battery back up that came with it. It will open the door but even slower. If the power is out for 2 or 3 days the battery may not have enough power to do the job, as there is a small drain on it running remote receiver all the time. Its much lighter than my old unit and I installed it my self. The end support is small, there is a down force on it when starting the door going up and when closing there is a down force on it to push the door down. I put a 4x6 alum plate between it and the sheet rock wall and used the upper and lower bolt holes also. Very strong now.
