I love the ability to have a live chat with my customers. It's nice to be able to talk to them and answer any questions they have. I also use the ticketing system to help my customers with their issues. The ability to have the ticketing system set up to automatically send a ticket to my support team when an issue is created really helps. I also really like the ability to have the support team email me directly when there is an issue with a client. I also love the ability to have my clients log in and see their tickets and the status of their tickets. I do like that I can't use all of the features at once. I can only log in to one of them.
