I have a feeling this is a return. When I received it, the box was obviously opened and resealed. The box was damaged and some of the parts looked used, there were marks on the plastic tube as if it had been installed before and the throttle body boot was very small and very difficult to fit almost like onto the throttle body and intake manifold as if he didn't belong to this crowd. But since it was the only missing part to get my car running, I worked on it. I really like this product but if I had more time to play around with it I would send it back and replace it.
