Great performance and quality at an amazing price

There are three reasons I love Tekton impact sockets. First, although I've never broken one, their warranty process is amazing. All you have to do is send a photo and it will be mailed to you the same day or next day depending on the time. This is the best guarantee in its class. This also applies to after-sales service outside of the warranty period. In my experience you will receive a very timely response, usually within one business day. Second, these sockets do the hard work. I don't want to use the term "abuse" but these sockets are hard workable. The only bug I had with these sockets was actually a break in the extension I was using. The bushing itself showed no signs of excessive wear or damage. The plating is just a little worn, which is normal wear and tear. The third is combined, the price of these nozzles is very competitive, and there are rarely size gaps in sets. Many brands omit the less commonly used sizes to keep the price down, but Tekton maintain this competitive price point and still ship the full set with no skips. I also have a Craftsman, Husky, ProValue and some Blue-Point Impact sockets, most of which are available at a premium price. I would use these Tekton bushings instead of either of them for the reasons above only. Now I have a complaint. The bushings are just laser engraved or whatever you want to call it. I would prefer to have double markings by adding a die cut size mark. The reason I'm not deducting stars for this is because after contacting the support team I was told that if the marks came loose they would cover the warranty. This satisfies my concern in my favor.
