I like that it has helped us improve our sales process in terms of time management for each department involved with selling products/services through social media platforms such as Facebook or Instagram.

The ease of use makes this software very user friendly which helps me get more done during my work day! There are some things about infona's product we don't really agree upon but they have been listening to their customers' needs since its release so hopefully those improvements will be made soon enough. We've realized how much easier communication between departments can make when working together towards one goal.
