This GPS navigator ticks all the boxes. I've always preferred Garmin tom toms. After doing a little research on the internet, I was able to find and download all sorts of accents that say street names. Now my family and I listen to Karen from Australia. We also added Homer's car. You can get Simpsons cars for free without buying the whole theme. Homer and Marge still don't say street names. There is a squirrel voice which is also free and really fun for kids. He says "Oh shit" when you take a wrong turn! The plug feature is really cool. At first I didn't understand how it worked, but one day I was driving down the road when Karen suddenly warned me of a faster route with less traffic. That's how I learned that traffic avoidance happens automatically. GPS always suggests the fastest route. The only downside is that it cannot easily replace a smartphone. You cannot get any information about the target other than its location. I often look at a small map and try to determine if the park looks big or if the restaurant is in a nice area. With a smartphone, you can know everything about where you are going. I also have the most up-to-date maps and often have problems with closed roads and shops. Smartphones always have much more up-to-date route information. However, these limitations are found on all GPS devices that aren't connected to the internet, so you can't blame Garmin. This is a good buy.
