3 stars. I bought a new laptop with USB-C ports, but I have peripherals that I need to use every day that require USB 2 or 3. When I connect other devices like a pedal or printer, they are not recognized. I know it's not an incompatibility of my peripherals because if I use a single USB-C without a USB hub, they work. The problem is that my new laptop only has two ports and I need at least three to connect everything I need, so I need a hub. If you only need to transfer files occasionally and have a lot of regular non-USB-C flash drives, that's great, but it won't work for my needs.
