Review on HENCKELS Kitchen Shears: Versatile, Easy-to-Clean 8 Inch Multifunctional Scissors in Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel by Candice Cooksey

I bought these to replace my old scissors and they are quite good. I think I didn't read the description or reviews carefully enough, thinking they could be taken apart for cleaning. It doesn't matter though, I guess I'm used to that from scissors. They're also a little shorter than I thought, but it's my fault for not paying attention to the description. They are sharp and cut easily with minimal effort. I have several JA Henckels products and although they are very affordable they are probably the lowest quality but the quality is not bad. I really wish I could spend a little more for a better and more expensive pair but they will work for me for a while. I've used them several times for different tasks and they wash well and don't rust or damage. I hand wash and dry them instead of putting them in the dishwasher. It's nice that they have a bottle opener and nutcracker if you need them, but I didn't use either of those features. For the price I'm satisfied. with them, but I think I'll replace them in a few years.
