impressive in my review
I rarely break egg yolks now. I love the surface. I wish it was bigger but it does exactly measure out to my electric burners size. I can do 3-4 eggs on it now but you have to finagle a bit. (tilt it to slide under the eggs fast enough )Excellent product really.
- Heats evenly. Got it for crepes and English muffins, so it doubles as gridle. Works great for those.
- The pan may not work well for recipes that require flipping
