I like the size, the thickness and the size of the print. It's good to use it for cutting dough but not for kneading. When kneading, I have to hold it with one hand, otherwise it slips uncontrollably. I don't use it for baking so I don't know how it will hold up in the oven. I'm keeping it to myself but I have to admit I'm a bit disappointed. I figured I could use it to keep my concrete countertop from messing up. As it turns out, nothing beats a good countertop.
