Despite the title, this review is really positive. For buyers who complain about bits falling out due to the weak magnet in this product, understand that not all bits are made of black metal, right? Some of them are made of stainless steel which, depending on the grade of stainless steel, may have little or no magnetic attraction. Some are made of titanium, which is non-magnetic. Most busy workers have probably purchased a variety of bits from different sources, different metals, and with different levels of attraction to magnets. If you are using the holder other than vertically, try passing a strong magnet over your stack of bits and only select the bits that are strongly attracted to the magnet. Store on this shelf.
