I mounted this pump on my fuel tank. It worked but was abnormally noisy (150 gallons pumped through) for about 2 weeks and it just stopped working. It looks like the problem was electrical. I plugged it back in, used a different battery for power, etc., but nothing! I notified the seller and they initially offered a $40 refund (after I paid $200 for the pump). I said no, I want a full refund. So they sent me a full refund and I bought a Fill-Rite pump. However, they didn't want me to send the pump back. So I took it apart. It turned out that the problem was not in the electrics, but in the engine. The seller must have known it was a marriage because he didn't want to return it.
