A dangerous lack of quality control.
The hoses I received had the connectors crimped on one end only. Which I didn't notice until I connected the coupler to the port on the low side and the hose ripped off the fitting, causing refrigerant to squirt. Luckily I stood to the side so I didn't get hit and I was able to remove the coupler from the A/C line before too much refrigerant was lost. a small note against self-folding tubing.
