I'm pretty good at smart home products and needed a way to keep my garage freezer full of groceries without it shutting down without my knowledge. Bought a WiFi load cell based on reviews and description. The supplied instructions are brief, but apparently sufficient for most installations. However, I'm keeping an eye on something that gets disconnected frequently, so additional steps were required to install. I only found out about this after contacting customer service which I am afraid to deal with any product. However, tech support was available right away when I called and the support was excellent. They got me up and running in minutes. Later I had a question and emailed and received a response within minutes. So in the end I love the product and the support is fantastic!
