A very good solution for monitoring an engine outside the home that needs to run 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Email me when it stops. It's okay if it stops for a few hours before I know it.

This unit did an excellent job the first time I started it up. Unfortunately, I found out later that it sends false alerts or nothing at all. This may work well for the right application, but I don't think it will work for mine.

This equipment has been installed under a counter with a line of sight of approximately 50 feet from the access point (excluding tabletop material). At this point it continues to lose signal. Moving the device to the top of the table solves the problem. So the device works, but not in the ideal location. My other equipment on and below this table (e.g. a printer) works fine with 5/5 signal splits.

I use this product to control my backup drain pump. When the secondary pump is activated due to flooding, I get an SMS and an email. I test the backup pump every few weeks and also check my digital messages. They are as reliable as I expected. I'm a happy customer. I recommend this product. I've never needed customer support so I can comment - unless I don't need help - I think that's good.

I bought this to control the fridge in my garage. The description states that a 25 foot extension cord is included with the unit. Unfortunately, the extension cord was only 12 feet long. This makes it difficult to plug the unit into an overhead outlet and control the refrigerator cord from the ground fault interrupter socket. I use this to control my boat's shore power connection. My boat is docked in the backyard and connected to the shoreline. The GFCI switch intermittently trips (not sure why but it's working on it) and this device sends me a text (after 10 minutes) to warn me.
