I love that we have everything under one roof! From orders all in together so there is no confusion as far as which form goes where or when it's due back out etc., through invoicing/payment processing (all integrated), to file keeping with our vendors.

There isn't anything about this software system my team dislikes at this time but if anyone asks me "what would make things easier", then I tell them they should try using mortuary management from Home Office Solutions first before considering other options - just like how I did years ago myself after being very frustrated trying different products over 10+ yrs until finding something suitable via an internet search. This was by FAR THE BEST decision made during those long hours spent working away at home office jobs while raising kids. It also allows us more flexibility than ever now because once we get up off that proverbial mat, everyone knows right down.
