They're just modified paraphernalia.
Looks like it was made by kids in a sweatshop. The welds are dirty, the metal burned through. this system until it is washed. Smells very strange. The legs are literally nuts that have been welded on and sheared off with bolts. Capacitor anyway, and don't make me attach the capacitor to the pan. Strongly disappointed.
