Simple solution to our error problem

I've only been using it for a week but so far we're really impressed. We live in Florida and are very concerned about palmetto beetles. We couldn't figure out how they got into the house. Then we found that our seal was gone and a crack had formed under the door. My husband installed it in minutes (with a little Vaseline recommended by another reviewer). Since we installed it, no errors. Except for one hanging from a ledge in front of the door trying to get in when we opened the door. He didn't hit.
