This is our 2nd scooter from GoTrax and we have had nothing but problems with this product. I bought this scooter for our daughter for Christmas and in less than a month the motor began making a loud "whining" noise. Luckily this was covered under warranty and a new scooter was shipped out. Unfortunately, the battery has lasted less than 6 months and it has been impossible to find a replacement battery anywhere. My son has a Go Trax GXL scooter and we have had multiple problems as well.Updated 2-25-22- Customer Service has been very good and has replaced our daughter's scooter so I adjusted my rating from "1" to "3". My issue is not with GoTrax customer service as they have been very helpful, but rather with the quality of their products. This is our 3rd GKS scooter and our son's GXL model has also had multiple problems.
