Catching oil leaks in a simply beautiful pan
This pan is deceptively simple, functionally elegant and valuable. The engineer who designed the palette worked in a minimalist and elegant style. The rounded corners from the bottom to the sides of the pallet are even and increase the torsional rigidity of the pallet. One of the features I like the most is the grip grips on the ends of the pot. What a pleasant surprise to know I don't have to lift the pan off the floor. This is one of those low-key purchases that we often forget. Every time I move it, I appreciate the effort that goes into its design. It is simplicity and therefore beauty.
