The dashboard gives us all the reports we need at one place.The tool is very user friendly which helps in analysis of our patient's data.It has an excellent support system where you can get help with your queries any time of day or night. Sometimes it takes quite some time before results are shown but that happens only when there is high load on the system. Its good for medical research as well as for billing purposes too. I dont have anything to dislike about this product. Highly recommended! We use Querent's software for monitoring the Patient Flow of Hospital. This allows us to see what areas require improvement so that they can be fixed within no time.
