It works, but not great
With this fuel gauge, the magnet moves in the float, and it is not as long as the original part of the bobcat. I ran out of gas while still being just above the red zone on the fuel gauge, so for some reason it never reads as empty as it used to. By the way, I found a household cooking tool that has made my life so much easier - search "Tool for Bobcat 7286464 Fuel Sender Adapter Socket" on a popular auction site.
