Great replacement for the old Stanley steel door but short lived.

Also ideal replacement for old Stanley steel door. Same tread design as the original. Not as hard as the old one, but it was about 20 (?) years old, so it was very dry. I can't remember if I had to cut that one end or not, I think I did but it was barely noticeable. Fits great and seals well even after adjusting the adjustable threshold. While that sounds good, the big problem is that it took barely 9 months, mostly an autumn and a winter, before the outer weatherstrip started to come loose (see picture).
