Review on Intelligent Grater Plater: Enhancing Your Kitchen Experience by Sheryl Stewart

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Ehhh not really - kitchen and dining room

I got a much prettier version of the grater and I'm in love! So I had to get one for my fiancee to be a sister. Well I ordered this one and was disappointed. The indentations are very shallow and the sharp edges are not that sharp. So it didn't work that well for me. This worked fine, but left a large piece of garlic that he didn't mince because it wasn't sharp enough. I sent it back because I wanted her to have a better version. It works well, but it doesn't even come close to the coolness of real graters (that is, real French ones). I haven't tried it with ginger, but if it barely grinds the garlic it may not work as well with ginger since ginger is harder than garlic. I recommend spending a little more and getting a great one because my grater has become my favorite kitchen utensil! But not this brand. Keep searching! Deep ceilings and sharp spikes!
