Easy installation, GREAT YouTube factory support, step-by-step installation video and brochure. I also had to contact support for a few questions before purchasing and again after receiving the product. I had GREAT support from Francis prior to my purchase to answer my questions and then from Don and Richard after my purchase and the product arrived. Get clear, concise answers in all cases. My installation required some additional fittings which were promptly shipped to me. The system works great and I would highly recommend this iSpring PH100 system. This unit replaced my EcoWater Systems 3 RO filter which still worked but the filters were overpriced. This is much more reasonable as this unit has a 1 to 1 waste water ratio compared to the 3 to 1 I had before. me this week with a little problem. He walked me through a test to determine the root cause of my problem and then quickly made sure I got a free replacement part to fix the problem. Nick knew the product very well and knew what to check to understand exactly what was causing it and fix it. I love the product but Nick's customer service really stands out! Many Thanks .
