Window supports work as they should, gate supports do not. The gate supports shoot through the hatch quickly and are not cushioned. The gate slams in the up position with such force that I believe continued use could damage the hinges. Compared to OEM poles, they are significantly smaller and lighter. The grooves on one of the torx screws broke off when tightened, so I had to use a puller to get it out. It's garbage and goes in the garbage. Luckily the window supports the work so at least it wasn't a waste of money. I have nothing bad to say about the seller, the goods were shipped quickly, everything was well packaged.
