I liked that it was like a jigsaw puzzle with all the pieces there. Everything fit perfectly. I think some people who have had negative reviews have things backwards, in some places for example under the control of the air conditioning there is a piece that when you put it to the side it looks like it will fit but it's just a little off like they screwed it up, but when you flip it, it fits perfectly. And there are several of them. I was confused at first when I found pieces similar to what I've used elsewhere, but I think they're just pieces for different types of finishes.
