The given length is a lie!

At first I thought it was a great collar but as my pup grew I noticed that the collar hardly ever stretches or sags. I bought the medium one which is advertised as 14-20 inches - it should be perfect for my dog who now has a neck of around 15 inches! No, the collar only appears to be 16 inches when stretched to its full length! I either received the wrong collar (it looks like I didn't - the width of the collar is exactly the same as the average size collar) or a defective one! Returns, but unfortunately the returns window is now closed.
