In total i have three GOTRAX products, Two Hoverboards and one electric scooter and i love all 3 of them. My 12 year old spent at least an hour each day with his E4 Hoverboard this entire summer. He used it on all surfaces, concrete, dirt, lawns , uneven surfaces etc., it worked like a charm for about 4 months and suddenly it wont charge. I reached out to the customer care and they were very friendly and quick in responses and trying to understand the issue. After sending couple of videos, customer support diagnosed to motherboard failure. They sent return label to ship this back, but i was pleasantly surprised to receive brand new Gotrax E4. Over all the item is very durable and works well on elevated surfaces as well. charge holds for easily 3 to 5 miles ( that's the max my son used on each day before he charged ). Customer support is a Joy to work with, especially Faye from the support team. Thank you Gotrax.
