In total i have three GOTRAX products, Two Hoverboards and one electric scooter and i love all 3 of them. My 12 year old spent at least an hour each day with his E4 Hoverboard this entire summer. He used it on all surfaces, concrete, dirt, lawns , uneven surfaces etc., it worked like a charm for about 4 months and suddenly it wont charge. Charged it fully over I after receiving it. Took it out for the first time and after about 5min of riding it would just turn off without so much as a single beep. No warning at all. A single button press turned it back on and it worked for a couple min then did it again. Not sure if I just got a dud, but that’s a super dangerous bug to have. Not going to risk trying another. Already got banged up pretty good from falling when it turned off on me. Seems their quality control misses quite a bit.

We went on a walk last night for the first walk in months because of the bitter cold. There was still slightly wet roads and very minimal snow/slush on the road. My daughter was able to maneuver the hoverboard fairly easily down the road with the minimal slush. I wanted to touch on the cold and the battery life, it doesn’t hold up for the full anticipated time with it being cold still. I returned this hoverboard. My grandson who is 80 lbs, (not above the weight limit) used it for a few days with supervision. Dry weather, flat tennis court surface, an hour or so each time riding it. One of the wheels started dragging? you could hear something in the interior of the wheel going wrong. I returned it.

My son loves his hoverboard, purchased in July 2022. His specific one had a minor malfunction, I emailed GoTrax, heard back immediately. Communication was very thorough (Thanks Faye!), tried some recalibration to no avail.This product has a true manufacturer warranty, honored completely once my return was received, received a brand new replacement hoverboard! I got this hover board for my daughter, and she is the happiest girl now. She was so excited when she open the hoverboard. Just the smiles on her face makes this worth every penny. The Hoverboard has LED light strips and they illuminate whenever it is on the go. She dance while riding it and with all the LED lights flashing. The lights are pretty awesome. Poorly made helmet. Visor broke within the first week. Chin guard broke 2 months later under normal use of the helmet. That's my review.

Nicely built, a bit bigger than I was expecting, but totally worth it. Love the Bluetooth speakers, sound is decent and easy to pair. Can't say much about battery life cause it was raining a lot recently and we couldn't ride it for too long. Runs smoothly and I am thinking about getting a buggy attachment cause my son outgrew his electric car and wants something a bit faster, boys will be boys

My son fell off his bike and we needed to go to the ER. This helmet protects his face plus he loves the look. The hoverboard may be susceptible to water damage!

Customer service was great! Sons hoverboard was not working right and they returned immediately and sent my son a new one!

I bought this for my daughter because she loved her first hoverboard. It didn't disappoint! Great stability. Great for a 10 year old and beyond. Came with great battery power. Comes with a charger. I love the center, it adjusted to hills and bumps easily. Great vibrant color. Fast shipping, easy setup. Can't complain!

Hight quality hoverboard, pretty heavy because of it but i did not want cheap plastic. Perfect size that holds young kids of 4,6 me as adult and my husband even he weights 220 pounds. Self balanced, easy to be driven by young kids. Pretty powerfully. Blue color and design correspond with the advertisement, came well packed , nothing broken.
