No need to fix some problems with their devices
I love Sony devices but Blu-ray players always have problems. This device either turns on when you don't want to turn it on or freezes while you're watching a show or movie. Sometimes when it freezes you can't even turn off the device. Then you need to turn off the device and restart the device. I had this problem with a previous model. So the problem cannot only be with this device. The picture and sound quality is excellent when everything is working properly.
